Ahoy Matey,
Welcome aboard The Boathouse located behind the Coral Cottage, a unique way to experience close quarters vacationing. The Boathouse a tri-level efficiency with its nautical theme replicates the small but efficient living quarters of a boat/ship. It can accommodate 3 adults (Double bed) on the top floor and has the mate quarters/berth on the main level. The landing is a great place to store items or sit and relax with a newspaper and cup of coffee. The lower floor which houses the galley and restroom also has the mate quarters/berth which will sleep one, perfect for an older child or teenager (Bring your sleeping bag and pillow) The mini kitchen is equipped with a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Enjoy a late night show with Direct TV. Enjoy the sea breeze on the half deck/screened in porch with table and chairs. This lodging does have a window unit for air conditioning but does not have heat.

Nightly Rental Rate $ 98.00

Plus 13% Hotel Tax $12.74 Per Night

Total Nightly Charge $110.74

Plus One-Time Cleaning Fee of $20.00

“LAST MINUTE RENTAL”

(If Rented Separately from the Coral Cottage)

Nightly Rental Rate $ 138.00

Plus 13% Hotel Tax $17.94 Per Night

Total Nightly Charge $155.94

Plus One-Time Cleaning Fee of $20.00

If you would like to rent 'The Boathouse' as a last minute rental you will need to do the following:

(1) Make sure you are 10 or less days out from your arrival date.

(2) Check our Coral Cottage calendar on our website to make sure that it is NOT RENTED for the dates you are requesting. We will not rent 'The Boathouse' separately if the Coral Cottage has already been booked for those dates.

(3) If we DO NOT have the Coral Cottage rented for those same dates you can CALL or E-Mail us to check current availability and book your reservation for 'The Boathouse'

(4) Total payment will be due and payable at the time the last minute rental reservation is made.

NOTE: Please understand that if we also rent the 'Coral Cottage' as a last minute rental you would be sharing the grounds/parking with another group of people. We ask that both groups be respectful, courteous and cooperative with each other while enjoying their vacation stay at the Coral Cottage and The Boathouse.
